What is the required operating system?
TURBO PIRANHA™ currently runs on any Windows operating system. On the other hand, we highly recommend Windows 10 as the main operating system for the best performance.
What else do we need?
You need an Amazon Professional Seller account and an internet connection. You can either use your own developer account if you have or you can authorize TURBO PIRANHA™ and use our credentials by entering your MWS Auth token.
Do you offer perpetual license?
No, because we always improve our product, keep it up-to-date if Amazon changes anything and we want you to benefit from all updates immediately. On the other hand, if you want to subscribe yearly, we can offer 25% discount. Just contact us!
How can I contact you for support?
You can contact us using the contact form on this web site or you can email us using our support email address. We don’t offer any phone or live chat support at this time but if necessary we may call you to get more detail, so please share your contact information on your account page or in your message.
Which marketplaces are supported?
You can authorize TURBO PIRANHA™ for North America (US, CA, MX, BR) and Europe (AE, DE, EG, ES, FR, GB, IN, IT, SA and TR) marketplaces. For other marketplaces, you must have your own developer account. For further questions, please contact us.
What is your refund and upgrade policy?
We don’t offer any full or partial refund. Instead, we offer 3 days free trial of full version and no credit card is needed. You can test full functionality unlimited for 3 whole days with our sample files or your own files. If you like it, you can subscribe one of our monthly models.
How fast can I get support?
If you contact us via email in our business hours, we usually reply your emails in 1-2 hours. Otherwise, it may take more but it usually doesn’t exceed 24 hours. If there is any technical issue which requires a patch or update and prevents you to use TURBO PIRANHA™, we extend your license for those days.
