What is the required operating system?

TURBO PIRANHA™ currently runs on any Windows operating system. On the other hand, we highly recommend Windows 10 as the main operating system for the best performance.

What else do we need?

You need an Amazon Professional Seller account and an internet connection. You can either use your own developer account if you have or you can authorize TURBO PIRANHA™ and use our credentials by entering your MWS Auth token.

Do you offer perpetual license?

No, because we always improve our product, keep it up-to-date if Amazon changes anything and we want you to benefit from all updates immediately. On the other hand, if you want to subscribe yearly, we can offer 25% discount. Just contact us!

Do you have Mac or Web version?

Which marketplaces are supported?

You can authorize TURBO PIRANHA™ for North America (US, CA, MX, BR) and Europe (AE, DE, EG, ES, FR, GB, IN, IT, SA and TR) marketplaces. For other marketplaces, you must have your own developer account. For further questions, please contact us.

What is your refund and upgrade policy?

We don’t offer any full or partial refund. For this reason, we suggest you to start with our free version. You can test full functionality with our sample files. If you like it, you can subscribe one of our monthly models.

How can I contact you for support?

You can contact us using the contact form on this web site or you can email us using our support email address. We don’t offer any phone or live chat support at this time but if necessary we may call you to get more detail, so please share your contact information on your account page or in your message.

How fast can I get support?

If you contact us via email in our business hours, we usually reply your emails in 1-2 hours. Otherwise, it may take more but it usually doesn’t exceed 24 hours. If there is any technical issue which requires a patch or update and prevents you to use TURBO PIRANHA™, we extend your license for those days.

Why re-branding?

As you already know, we fully support 5 marketplaces in Europe (DE, ES, FR, IT, UK), in addition to USA and CA in North America and this requires us to have Developer Ids in these marketplaces. We’ve been giving services in US and CA marketplaces as AMZ PIRANHA since 2017 and we’ve started our services in Europe by January 2019.

Recently, “Amazon Europe” has started some policy changes for developers and requested us to change our brand name which had AMZ prefix to prevent confusion with Amazon products and services. We told them, there were already tens of AMZ prefixed businesses and brand names but Amazon insisted and assured us all had been requested the same thing or would be requested soon.

Since Amazon set the rules of the game, we’ve decided not to resist more not to have more headache in the future and we’ve re-branded our product as TURBO PIRANHA.

Documentation and Videos

We’ve already updated the application and the existing written documentation on our website and we will use TURBO PIRANHA for the new documentation from now on. On the other hand, since we also have several screenshot images and videos in our documentation, they may still have AMZ PIRANHA brand name.

Our documentation and support teams are currently working on updating these images with the new name but it may take some time. Since all the functionality is same, we hope it’s not a big deal for you at this moment.

Credit Card Payments and Invoices

There is no change in our payment processor, so only change is that you’ll see TURBO PIRANHA in your credit card statements and also invoices instead of AMZ PIRANHA from now on.

Existing Web Site and Email Addresses

We’ll continue to keep amzpiranha.com domain name and contact email address for several reasons but will forward all existing links to our new website address: turbopiranha.com.

Please continue to use our Contact Form to contact us. We’ve also created the existing emails with the new domain addresses, so please add “contact at turbopiranha dot com” email address to your safe email list.
