Your subscription fees help us to keep continuing the developing process and improve our product, keep it up-to-date if Amazon changes anything, as we want you to benefit from all updates immediately. On the other hand, if you want to subscribe yearly, we have that apply more than 25% discounts for annual subscriptions.
In addition to that, with monthly plans you have the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your subscription as you want. Please remember that any downgrade made to your existing subscription will be reflected in the next billing cycle, in other words you will continue to use your higher plan until the end of your subscription. On the other hand, if you upgraded from TURBO to TWIN-TURBO plan, we prorate the remaining days of your plan and charge only that portion. At the end of the existing period, you will continue with the Twin-Turbo version.
With annual special offers, there is no automatic renewal but you can upgrade from Turbo to Twin-Turbo version anytime. On the other hand, there is no downgrade option for the special offers and the sales are final.
Since we have a free 3 days trial period, you will have more than enough time to test the application with full functionality. For this reason, no refunds will be given for any subscription plan.
Follow the steps to subscribe & upgrade your subscription:
1. Firstly, sign in to your web application account, and go to My Account page.
New users will see there is No Subscription. They can still use the free version of Turbo Piranha without any subscription. If you want to subscribe to either Turbo or Twin-Turbo versions, click on the green Subscribe Now button, and follow the steps to complete your subscription.
2. When you finish these steps. Now you get the Turbo or Twin-Turbo subscription in your account. If you have a Turbo subscription, you can upgrade your active subscription using the green Upgrade button.
If you have the Twin-Turbo version, you can downgrade the subscription click on the Downgrade button.

How many days do I get with my subscription?
As you know, months may have different days such as 28, 29, 30 and 31. In our terms, a month always means 30.5 days (30 days and 12 hours) and a year means 30.5 x 12 = 366 days.
Do you have any refund policy?
As we explained above, we have no refund policy, but you can cancel your subscription at any time without waiting till the end of your subscription period. We stop the renewal of your subscription and you can continue to use Turbo Piranha until the end time of your subscription.
Do you have any discounts or special offers?
We have 2 special offers that offer more than 25% discount for annual memberships. Please refer to special offers to get 25% discount.
Note: These offers are not subscriptions, so at the end of the period you can either subscribe monthly or use the same offer again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Upgrades are effective immediately but downgrades are effective by the end of the current subscription as explained above.
What happens if I cancel my subscription and subscribe to any plan again?
If you cancel and re-subscribe, we add the new days on top of the remaining days of the existing subscription and you can continue to use without any interruption. If the versions are different, then you complete your existing subscription first, and at the end of the period you start to use your new subscription speed. If your existing subscription is Turbo, you can upgrade your existing subscription as well. We prorate the remaining dates and charge you accordingly.
What happens if I upgrade my subscription after a few days?
If a user decides to upgrade his/her subscription to Twin-Turbo after a few days usage with Turbo subscription, we prorate the remaining part and charge only that portion. At the end of the existing period, you will continue with the Twin-Turbo version.
